The first weeks with a newborn are best spent at home with your growing family, not driving across town and sitting in a waiting room. I come to you, on your schedule, so you can focus on your baby instead of logistics.
Hospital Visits
I come to the hospital each day to see newborns so I get to know you and your new baby from day one.
In-home newborn visits
I visit your home within the first few days of arriving home with your baby and return several times in those early weeks to check on your baby and on you.
Direct access to me
Questions do not wait for business hours. As a member, you have direct access to me for concerns as they come up, so a middle-of-the-night worry doesn’t have to wait until morning.

Newborn Care Basics
Every new baby comes with a long list of firsts: feeding, sleep, diapering, bathing, soothing, and a hundred small questions in between.
Well-Child Visit Schedule
Well-child visits are one of the most important parts of your baby’s first year, and I follow a well-child visit schedule organized by age, so you always know what’s next and why it matters.
Vaccination Schedule
I follow the childhood immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. I’ll walk you through what’s next, answer your questions, and give you time to talk through any concerns, so you always feel informed.
Telehealth Support
Not every question needs an in-person visit. With pediatric telehealth support, you can reach me directly for guidance on minor concerns, follow-up questions, or anything that comes up. All without loading up the baby for a trip you didn’t need to take.
Why It Matters
New parents come home from the hospital with a car seat, a stack of paperwork, and a follow-up appointment in a week. A lot happens in that week.
In-home care is not a perk. It is the point.

Newborn membership is $200 per month for the first three months of your baby’s life. It includes in-home newborn well visits, ongoing lactation support, unlimited sick visits, direct access to me, and the full scope of care covered under every Donley Pediatrics membership.
At three months, membership transitions to the standard age-based rate of $175 per month.
Many families find that switching to a higher-deductible insurance plan offsets the cost entirely. A $100 to $200 monthly savings on premiums can cover the membership while giving you far more in access and support than a traditional plan.
