I was a pediatrician before I became a mother. I came home with my first newborn feeling like I was supposed to have it all figured out. I didn’t. Nobody warned me how hard the transition to motherhood is, even with all the training in the world.

That experience changed how I practice medicine.

Before opening Donley Pediatrics, I spent the previous decade in a traditional hospital-based pediatric office caring for my patients and their families the best way I knew how – by building a relationship and connection with each person that walked through my door. I loved the work, but I kept running into the same wall: not enough time. Families who felt unheard. Kids whose problems got skimmed over because a 15-minute slot doesn’t leave room for anything but the basics. I kept thinking, if I just had a little more time with each family, I could do so much more.

Start with a meet and greet

Meet with me to see if Donley Pediatrics is the right fit for your family. Most families come in with a list of questions. Some come in knowing they’re ready and just want to understand the details.

Step 2

Join as a member

Membership is a flat monthly fee based on your child’s age. No insurance, no copays, no surprise bills. What you pay each month covers the full scope of the care I provide.

Step 3

Get care when you need it

Once you’re a member, you have direct access to me. Same-day responses, in-home newborn visits, virtual care, sick visits, well-child checks, and everything in between.

Step 4

Build a relationship that lasts

I keep my panel of patients small intentionally. That means I know your child, remember your history, and have the context to give you better guidance every single time.

No hidden fees for included services. Labs, vaccines, specialists, and hospital care are billed through your insurance, not the membership.

Yes. As your child moves into a new age tier, your membership automatically adjusts to that plan’s pricing and included services.

Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract. We just ask for 30 days’ notice so we can transition care responsibly.
